Quitting a job is considered normal. So why is quitting a PhD looked down on as failure?
In this episode, we talk to Jay who started his PhD and then realised that it wasn't the right path for him. He decided to quit and started his own company called Transreport. The company is successful and Jay is now much happier. So did he really fail?
